Naperville Evangelical Free Church

Pastors and Leaders Learning Community is designed for church leaders who have a heart to see their church double in size and Samaritan service. The GLD is partnering with healthy churches who have seen such an increase to encourage and strengthen other churches on this path.

The learning community will meet at Naperville EFC on four Saturday mornings so that pastors and leaders may attend together. To attend, a pastor is required to bring atleast one lay leader and is encouraged to bring additional staff and lay leaders.

           No Charge for GLD Fair Share Churches

About the Leaders

Dale Hummel is Pastor of EFCN. He has led EFCN from 700 to 500 to 2,200 people

Conrad Lowe is Chief of Staff of EFCN. He led a church to 2,300 as senior pastor, led a district, and is a consultant for many churches and denominations.

Rick Thompson is District Superintendent of the GLD. He was the founding pastor of a church in Iowa and a missionary in Moscow.

Phil Sell is Associate Professor of Pastoral Theology at Trinity Ev. Divinity School.

Ricardo Palmerin is the Pastor of Bensonville Iglesia Biblica Hispana and Director of the GLD’s Hispanic Leadership Team.

Brett Gleason is Associate Director of Church Planting for the GLD.
